image Ty Harps-Jones, California Native, is the CEO of Tyla Enterprises Inc. In 2010, Harps-Jones, established Tyla Enterprises Inc. with founding principles on creating comprehensive solutions needed to bridge the gap between businesses and the surrounding communities. After earning her Masters of Public Administration degree from National University, La Jolla, California and Paralegal Degree from Mount San Antonio College, Pomona, California. Harps-Jones understood the need for effective business operations, legal compliance, and effectively taking steps necessary to securing one’s future.

Harps-Jones has over 10 years of expertise in Business, and Public Policy, specializing in Strategic Business Management, Estate Planning and Branding. She takes pride in her unique innovative strategies to tailor a business brand and take it to unforeseen heightened measure.

Her expertise in research, program management; and delivery of various key projects evolved while holding key executive level positions within both the private and public sector to include Fortune 500 companies such as: Enterprise Rent-A- Car, Western Dental Services, G & K Services, and The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, and Various Law Offices. Tyla Enterprises Inc. focuses on providing adequate consulting services to communities, while educating and providing resources to businesses about what makes them profitable and how to properly protect and plan your estate. Harps-Jones is a community activist, and she has a natural passion in giving back to her community.

In 2016, Harps-Jones founded “The Inland Empire Phenomenal Women’s Group “, this organization focuses on personal development, mentorship, career placement, entrepreneurship, and a wide array of areas for all women throughout the Inland Empire. Past and present service organizations include, Riverside County Black Chamber of Commerce, City of Riverside Chamber of Commerce, National Women’s Association, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc., and the Black MBA Association.
